If you've decided to follow the Low Carb High Fat way of eating, here are some resources to help you along.  I'll post links to recipe websites, facebook support groups, tools to help you stay on track, and articles supporting this way of eating.  You'll be surprised at what you can have and how easy it is to make adjustments to the foods you love making them "keto friendly."  This is a lifestyle change and not a diet so keep an open mind and throw out what you've always heard was the "right" way to eat as you'll learn THEY WERE WRONG.
